WHAT AREA DOES UPSKILL HEALTHCARE EDUCATION SERVE?

Although we primarily serve the Greater Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada region, we will happily travel to provide educational and consulting services in other areas too.

HOW DO I REGISTER AND/OR PAY FOR UPSKILL HEALTHCARE EDUCATION'S EVENTS?

Registration for our events can be found on our Upcoming Events page. We have a built-in payment processor through our event manager. You will receive a confirmation email when your spot has been reserved.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY IF I CANNOT ATTEND AN EVENT?

You can cancel at any time up to 96 hours before the event and we will process a full refund (minus service fees). Refunds normally take 2 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

You may also request to use your class payment as a credit toward a future class. You are responsible to keep email proof of credit.

Cancellations from 0 to 96 hours prior to an event will receive a 50% refund.  Please do not attend class if you have a potentially-contagious skin or respiratory illness.  Contact us to discuss credit on a future offering or possible virtual attendance.


No shows/no contact at events will not receive a refund.
